“Your account has been terminated due to company policy.”
That’s it. No prior warning. No suspicious activity. No chance to defend myself. Just a cold, automated dismissal from a platform I trusted.

✅ Fully verified my identity
✅ Followed all trading rules
✅ No violations, no shady deals
Yet, Exness decided to pull the plug—without justification.
🤖 Customer Support? More Like “Copy-Paste Robots”
When I demanded answers, I got the same scripted response every time from so called support:
“Your account has been terminated due to company policy.”
No escalation. No human review. Just a corporate black box that swallows users without a trace.
📜 Their ‘Get Out of Jail Free’ Card
Exness hides behind Section 10.5 of their Terms & Conditions:
“The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s access to the trading platform without providing any specific reason.”
Translation: “We can kick you out whenever we want. Deal with it.”
