  • Client to Exness:
    "Hey Exness, from 7th to 10th March, your system remained buggy and delayed order executions, causing me losses. Here are the Order IDs, Video, and Trading Logs as proof."
  • Exness Response:
    "There is no problem with our system. Our investigation is complete."
  • Client to Exness:
    "Okay, please share Execution Timestamps, Server-Side Logs, Latency Reports, and any other evidence proving that my claims are wrong."
  • Exness Response:
    "Please read the Client Agreement and the User Manual of your laptop and mobile."
  • Client to Exness (Reiterating Request):
    "Hello, please share the Execution Timestamps, Server-Side Logs, Latency Reports, and any supporting evidence instead of referring me to generic Client Agreements."
  • Exness Response (Repeating Previous Reply):
    "Please read the Client Agreement and the User Manual of your laptop and mobile."
